I like a light hike, which to me means not too rocky or high. A bit more strenuous than a walk around a track, with some scenery. Usually accomplished on vacation, so you can say you did it, in a location where people will ask you about it (Colorado, Arizona).
I live on Vancouver Island and everyone hikes. Constantly.

I love hiking, I don’t do it superiority. I think walking up hills and looking at stuff is great hahah
